Terms and Conditions: 

1. Event Details:

• Pricing: Adults are charged AED 75 per person, while children aged 6 and below are charged AED 35 per person.
• By participating in the Order-All-You-Can Karaoke Night, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering System:

• Each guest is entitled to order one plate of food at a time for a duration of 2 hours upon arrival.
• Guests may reorder additional plate upon the arrival of their current plate.
• Food orders are placed with designated staff members stationed at the venue.

3. Food Service:

• Food items are served based on availability and the discretion of the kitchen staff.
• The menu for the Order-All-You-Can Karaoke Night may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Special dietary requests or allergies should be communicated to the staff upon entry.

4. Karaoke Session:

• Songs are added to queue alternately per table.
• Guests are encouraged to respect the allocated time slots (cycle of 2 songs per table) to ensure everyone gets a chance to sing.
• The management reserves the right to allocate karaoke slots and adjust the duration of each session as necessary.

5. Conduct and Etiquette:

• All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner towards staff and fellow patrons.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the removal of the individual(s) from the premises without refund.

6. Liability and Responsibility:

• The management shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to keep them secure at all times.

7. Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations are not required for the Order-All-You-Can Karaoke Night and are subject to availability on a walk-in basis.
• Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once payment has been made, except in the case of event cancellation by the management.

8. Management Discretion:

• The management reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Decisions made by the management regarding any aspect of the event are final and binding.
